30-Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Please complete the Return Form enclosed with your purchase and return this form with your item in its original packaging or packaging
comparable to the original. Your purchase number must be provided on your Return Form otherwise, a return will not be processed. You can find your purchase number on the invoice enclosed with your purchase.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by another jeweller), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original
purchaser’s credit card.
